WE HAD TO CALL AN EMERGENCY SERVICE IN THE NIGHT WHEN OUR HOUSE FLOODED. THIS CLEARED THE BLOCKAGE IN THE SHARED LINE WHICH WAS ALL FROM HIS UNITS NOT BEING MAINTAINED. AT THE TIME, TED BROWN SAID HE WOULD PAY FOR HALF AND NOW HE WILL NOT "PAY A DIME" - ALSO
