PER ONLINE COMPLAINT DATED 8/28/2005:"THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING 513 31ST AVE SEATTLE, WA 98122 (PARCEL # 9363600375). THE OWNER IS USING THE HOUSE AS A DUPLEX IN A SF5000 ZONE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY PERMITS ALLOWING FOR A "MOTHER IN-LAW" USE. THE OWNER IS NOT LIVING IN THE HOUSE. THE OWENR JUST MOVED OUT AND ONE SET OF TENANTS MOVED IN ABOUT A WEEK AGO.
