SDCI Notes: 06/29/17 DW INSPECTED THE ENTIRE COMPLEX FOR TRASH AND DEBRIS IN THE SHUTS WHICH ARE ON EACH FLOOR OF THE COMPLEX. I SIGNS OF OVERFLOWING TRASH IN, AROUND THE SHUTS,THEY WILL HAVE THEIR MAINTENACE CREW SWEEP THRU THE COMPLEX TWICE A DAY A.M/P.M. OBSERVED SOME DUST, PAPER WRAPERS IN THE COMMON AREAS, THE GARAGE SECURITY DOORS ARE AJAR, THE FRONT OFFICE PLACED AN ORDER ON 04/27/17 PURCHASE ORDER NO. 12543. THE GARAGE DOOR SPRING COIL IS ON BACK ORDER. THE COMPLEX HAS CHANGE PEST CONTROL COMPANIES; "STOP BUGGING ME; SCOTT, THE OFFICE TECH WILL EMAIL ME A COPY OF THE AGREED CONTRACT WITH THE TYPE OF SERVICES (TREATMENT) FOR ROACH & RODENTS.THE TENANT WHO FILED THE COMPLAINT WOULD NOT GRANT ME ACCESS TO HIS UNIT TO DETERMINE IF THERE WERE ROACH OR RODENTS.ALSO DURING MY INSPECTION AMY TOWER OF THE TENANTS UNION OF WASHINGTON STATE WAS PRESENT. THE FINAL PHASE OF THIS INSPECTION INCLUDED THE ENTIRE DAKOTA APARTMENT STAFF FRONT OFFICE, GORDON CURVEY, THE TENANT WHO FILED THE COMPLAINT AND MYSELF DISCUSS HOW THESE ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED. WE WILL RE-VISIT THIS PLAN IN 45 DAYS TO SEE WHATS EFFECTIVE. THE MANAGEMENT WILL GO ONE STEP FURTHER IS NOTIFYING THE RESIDENTS WITH ANY CHANGES OR MAINTENACE IMPROVEMENTS ON A MORE REGULAR BASES.
