THE CALLBOXES DOES NOT WORK FOR THE BUILDING AND HASN'T WORKED IN A COUPLE OF YEARS. WE HAD AN INCIDENT THAT 911 WAS CALLED AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE BUILDING AS THE CALLBOX WAS DOWN AND IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT. THE ONLY WAY THEY GOT IN WAS THEY SHINED THEIR FLASHLIGHT INTO MY WINDOW (RAISED 1ST FLOOR), SAW THE LIGHTS AND CHECKED THE WINDOW AND SAW THEY WERE ALL STANDING THERE AND COULDN'T ACCESS THE BUILDING. IF THERE WAS A DOMESTIC OR FIRE ISSUE THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET IN.
