I GAVE HIM THE COMMUNITY POLICE TEAMS NUMBER. THEY MAY BE ABLE TO HELP HIM DEAL WITH BUILDING MANAGEMENT TO SOLVE AN INTERNAL NOISE ISSUE. NV
