IN THE COMMON AREAS- SIGNS OF LEAK UNDER SINK IN LAUNDRY ROOMS (FLOORS 1 AND 3), MISSING WALL COVERING IN LAUNDRY ROOMS (FLOOR 1 AND 3), AND DOOR THAT DOESN'T LATCH IN FIRST FLOOR CORRIDOR.
